Thai Cooking Class

Description

This class is for one to eight people so works out as little as £44 per person if shared.

I believe there is no better place to learn than in your own kitchen with your own equipment. Many people go to classes at cookery schools then come home to their own kitchens and struggle how to make it work at home, believing they don’t have the right set up.

I will show you, you don’t need a fancy kitchen or equipment. Don’t worry about the size or state or kitchen, show me a cooking ring and a pan and I’ll make it work for you!

I will teach you how about Thai food, it’s ingredients and where to source them. As an extra bonus you are even welcome to accompany me to the Thai supermarket and I can show you around. That isn’t essential though I source everything for you and bring it to your home. I teach you or your group how to make six popular Thai dishes. When the food is ready I leave to let you and your friends and family enjoy the lovely Thai banquet we have prepared.

We will make Red curry, massaman curry, pad Thai, spring rolls (fried or air fried) mango salad and steamed rice.

All ingrédients will be provided and you get a colourful easy to follow recipe card for your friends and family. It is suitable for children to join in should they want to.

Choose from king prawns, beef, pork, chicken, duck, tofu or vegetables or a mix of each. We can discuss that when you book. We cater to allergies.

We can accommodate more than eight people with prior arrangement at an extra £44 per person. This class is suitable for team building events, birthday parties and more. I can bring cooking hobs so no need for a kitchen to be there as long as there’s easy access to a sink for hand washing and washing up.

I have insurance and level two food hygiene certificates. We’ve recently been awarded a 5 star food hygiene certificate at The Railway Children where I run the two kitchens.
